报告人简介：

Dr. Bounkhouang Khambounheuang

Vice minister, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry，Lao PDR.

Major in Veterinary Medicine, graduated from Mongolian State University of Agriculture. From 1983, worked in the field of livestock and has rich experience in the development of livestock, feed and food safety.

Mainly responsible for: oversee and supervise national livestock and crop production development and extension research, plus assisting the minister and the Government of Laos and collaboration partner to oversee national food security programs.

Dr. Sithong Phiphakhavong

Deputy Director General of Department of Livestock and Fisheries，Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry，Lao PDR.

Major in Veterinary Medicine, graduated from Mongolian State University of Agriculture; Master of Science, Kasetsart University, Thailand.

Mainly responsible for: national focal point for ASEAN Animal vaccine; Supervise for livestock production and veterinary regulation, vaccine production and livestock development projects.
